Our 36v eCycle needs a battery that delivers power between 42v to 30v. A 36v pack, at 42v is fully 100% charged and holding as much energy as it can and at 30v it should shut down and stop giving power before causing permanent damage.
Our Detachable Battery System let you take out the battery for Charging at your convenient place.
The battery will be securely fit with Kionic e-Cycles by Lock & key system.
BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Specially resources Imported battery management system (BMS) is any electronic system that manages a rechargeable battery (cell or battery pack), such as by protecting the battery from operating outside its safe operating area, monitoring its state, calculating secondary data, reporting that data, controlling its environment, authenticating it and / or balancing it.
THE BRAIN WHICH RUNS THE SHOW
The electric bike controller is one of the main parts of an electric bike, it is the brain of the e-bike, controlling the motor’s speed, start, stop. It is connected to all the other electronic parts such as the battery, motor, and the throttle(accelerator), display(speedometer), PAS or other speed sensors if exist.
A controller is composed of main chips ( microcontrollers) and peripheral components ( resistors, sensors, MOSFET, etc ). Generally, there are PWM generator circuit, AD circuit, power circuit, power device driver circuit, signal acquisition and processing circuit, over-current and under-voltage protection circuit inside the controller

ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEM
E Bike Led Display is a simple solution to control your e-Cycle. It has three power assist levels and a four LED battery meter which let you know how much Battery is left for your Ride.
You can control the Pedal Assistance Level (Low Mid High) with this Panel so that You can choose the amount of effort you want to use for Kionic e-Cycles to move forward.
Pedal Assistance System
Pedal assist is a bike feature that puts the power of the motor right in your pedal stroke.
Pedal assist can be activated by selecting a PAS level using the PAS selector buttons. The PAS selector buttons allow a rider to dial up a specific level of assistance from the motor between 1-3/5 on an LCD display. There is also an option to select no pedal assistance (PAS level 0) and use the throttle only or ride without assistance from the motor by pedaling.
While pedaling, the magnet ring and PAS sensor (shown below) work together with every pedal stroke to send a signal to the controller to draw up power from the motor, which helps make it easier to pedal the bike. The higher the PAS level, the more power is delivered with each pedal stroke, and the easier it is to ride.
